Esohe Ebohon
Founder
Esohe is the Founder of Assistly, bringing over a decade of experience in operations, project management and executive support across publishing, fashion, luxury and creative industries.
Before launching Assistly, Esohe spent over four and a half years at Condé Nast, where she was Editorial Operations Manager for Glamour UK. Working alongside the Editorial Director and a team of editors, creatives and commercial stakeholders, she led the operational framework that supported the publication’s day-to-day delivery. From editorial planning and budgets to resource management, large-scale projects, events and cross-functional collaboration, she created the structure that enabled creative teams to do their best work.
Her experience also spans luxury fashion, brand operations and corporate environments, including A-Cold-Wall and Visa, giving her a broad understanding of the systems, processes and coordination required to keep creative businesses moving.
Having spent her career enabling creative teams to do their best work, Esohe founded Assistly to provide founders with experienced operational support without the cost or commitment of a full-time Operations Manager.
She partners with growing creative businesses to bring clarity and structure to their day-to-day operations, creating the processes and support needed for founders to focus on their vision, growth and creative work.
